With only 4 months of available inventory, the Byron real estate market favors sellers at the moment and the September numbers bear that out.  Sales were up 40% over the 12-month average and the sales price to list price ratio was 99.98% (98.67% over the last year).

Homes are selling in 96 days (on average) and the 12-month average sales price is nearly $127K.  September improved on both those numbers with a days-on-market of only 71 days and an average sales price of nearly $142K.
