The Bonaire GA real estate market was very busy in October with more homes sold (30) than any month this year. A comparison to the same timeframe in 2011 shows 60% more sales and 32% less time on the market in October 2012. Comparing the Bonaire real estate market to the 12-month average is very strong too with 37% more sales and 32% less days-on-the-market. With 4 months of available inventory.
Bonaire is currently a sellers market. In October, the average sales price was over $178K and the sales price to list price ratio was an excellent 98.36%. The good news for consumers is that there are nearly 140 Bonaire homes to choose from so good deals are still available for savvy buyers.

We are heading in the winter season in AK which is surprisingly not as slow as you might think. People still need to buy and sell…. the showings are just much colder. HA.
We do not have that problem A.H. About 2.5 months of the year it gets “cold” here. LOL
