Sales in October remained steady, just above the 12-month average, and the sales price to list price ratio was 98.38% (down slightly from the 98.68% 12-month average).
Homes that sold in October were on the market for 126 days (on average) with an average sales price of nearly $126K. Those numbers are down from the 12-month average of 91 days on the market and a sales price of almost $128K. While the numbers were down overall, it was good to see older inventory getting sold!
