The Perry GA real estate market remains a buyers market with over 14 months of available inventory for buyers to pick through. Sales in October (7), took quite a dip as buyers purchased homes in other Houston County communities instead.

In October, homes that sold were on the market for only 24 days (76% less than the yearly average) and the average sales price was over $147K (the highest monthly mark since April). Aklthough there are plenty of homes (101), buyers still have to decide quickly or they run the risk of missing out on a particular property.
