and Homes for Sale in Warner Robins GA by Anita Clark

Bonaire GA Real Estate Market Report, November 2012

As expected, the Bonaire GA real estate market slowed in November, back down to the respectable pre-summer sales totals.  With 15 homes sold and a decent days-on-market of 80 days for homes that sold, buyers continued to look at the available inventory and purchase when they found the right home for their needs.

Currently, the Bonaire real estate market is balanced with 8 months of available inventory (129 homes).  In November, the sales price to list price ratio was 98.38 (just below the 12-month average of 98.46) and the average sales price was nearly $183K.
