Currently, the real estate market in Warner Robins is slanted towards buyers with nearly 10 months of available inventory for buyers to choose from.  Sellers who are keen on entering the market need to ensure their home is well maintained and priced according to the current market conditions to have the best opportunity of selling.

Warner Robins Georgia Pending Sales

January was a good month as the number of Warner Robins Georgia pending sales went up for the 3rd straight month and 23% over the past 90 days.  Serious buyers are out in force and purchasing homes that meet their requirements which is a great sign for spring as the market continues to rebound.  Buyers are clearly taking advantage of the reasonable home prices and low interest rates at the moment.

In January, foreclosures continued to go under contract which is great news for this market and an indication that bargain homes are not lasting long.  While there are not many short sales in this market, the number of pendings (3) remained steady.

A bit disappointing in January was the number of Warner Robins Georgia Home Sales that took place.  Despite many homes entering the market and getting under contract, the sluggish standard sales significantly contributed to sluggish sales.  The good news is distressed homes continue to sell in this market (up 37% in the past 30 days), leaving few foreclosure options for interested buyers.

The highest priced sale last month was $360,000 and the lowest was $14,900 (foreclosure).
