While buyers found plenty of homes they liked, the majority of sales were in mid-tier price points this month. There was 1 distressed sale which slightly affected the average sales price in this market.

The number of days on the market for homes that sold came in at 138 days. While not ideal, it was great to see some older inventory finally leave the market. The 12-month average is 103 days. If your property is market priced, you should expect it to sell in this market!
