Sales slow a bit during the winter so it was no surprise (to me anyway) that home sales in Bonaire GA did not go up last month. Plenty of consumers did find homes they liked, but not on par with the inflated sales that happened this spring/summer. Unfortunately, there is still a shortage of inventory so buyers will need to act fast when they find a home they really like.
