Home sales in Bonaire GA this past month took a huge leap forward as summer buyers came out in force and found the available properties to their liking. With more inventory available (hear that sellers), the number could have been even higher. Currently, this is a severe sellers market with very few houses and a dismal amount large amount of fresh inventory hitting the market.
