For the third month in a row, home sales in Bonaire GA dropped. A shortage of inventory, colder weather, and buyer apathy all took their toll and this market paid the price. The real estate market in Bonaire saw 28 sales in January. That is a decrease of 5 closings from the previous month. In comparison, there was only 22 sales during the same time-frame last year. While consumers are still purchasing properties in Bonaire GA, it is vitally important that new inventory become available soon. With only 3 months worth of houses to pick from, both buyers and investors will start to look elsewhere in Houston County if they do not find what they need here.

Fortunately, pending sales have gone way up this past month. In fact there are 44 pending sales (up 21 over the previous month).
